Interreg North-West Europe website

This website provides information about the Interreg North-West Europe Programme and its activities. Our goal is to keep this information up to date and accurate. If errors are brought to our attention, we will try to correct them. News regarding the NWE Programme and its projects are published on the website and are distributed through the NWE newsletter to which you can subscribe in the News & Events section.

Project websites

The Interreg North-West Europe website hosts project websites for each one of its approved projects funded by the Programme. As “host” of these websites, the Programme accepts no responsibility or liability regarding the content published on these project websites.

Project websites are managed by third party users from organisations involved in approved projects. The content and media on these websites are solely provided and edited by those users. The Progamme does not moderate nor edit the content of these websites.

Project lead partners are fully responsible and liable for securing the rights to use the information and media they publish on their project websites. The lead partner’s contact details can be found in the section ‘Partners’ on each project website.

This transfer of liability is the object of contractual arrangements between the Programme and project lead partners. The Programme actively informs these users of their legal obligations regarding the respect of information and media/image rights.

We attach great importance to respecting and ensuring that our funded projects comply with the legal frameworks in place on such matters. If you have any remark or concern in relation to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), copyright or image use issues related to the project websites, please do not hesitate to contact us. Email us at https://nwe@nweurope.eu/ and we will promptly undertake appropriate action to address your query.

NWE online community

The NWE online community is an online-only platform designed to help organisations find suitable partners for project ideas under the Interreg NWE Programme. Users can browse existing ideas or search for potential project partners with specific expertise. They can also publish their project idea on the NWE online community platform to find suitable partners. Participation is voluntary, and users independently decide if and how to contact other members within or outside the NWE online community.

As a member of the community, we kindly ask users to respect the following rules. Please do not:

• Upload or post inappropriate content

• Spam other members with irrelevant content (unrelated to the Programme)

• Use the community for commercial, consulting, advertising or illegal purposes

• Harass, annoy, threaten or abuse other members in any way

• Share content that is not legally yours (respecting copyrights)

• Publish content in any other language than English.

By creating a user profile, you agree to the terms outlined in the privacy policy. Users not respecting these terms can be blocked or deleted by the Programme.

NWE Jems – NWE Joint Electronic Monitoring System

The Joint Electronic Monitoring System (Jems) is the online system in which lead applicants submit both their step 1 and step 2 project applications. If the project is approved, Jems will be used for reporting on the progress of project implementation (both content-wise and financially). Controllers will confirm the eligibility of expenditure and the NWE Joint Secretariat will monitor the projects using Jems. NWE Jems has a specific data protection and cookie usage policy, which you can find here.
