The Interreg North-West Europe fourth call for project proposals opened on 15 November 2023 and closed on 21 March 2024. 25 projects were approved in step 2 after the Monitoring Committee meeting on 10-11 December 2024. See below the terms of reference for call 4 and an overview of the call.
The Terms of Reference aim at defining the framework and conditions of the fourth call for proposal launched by the NWE Programme. It notably defines the opening and closing dates, the way applicants should submit their application, the themes covered, and the budget allocated. It also explains where applicants can potentially get help and support for the development of their project idea.

Interreg North-West Europe supports cooperation across borders in 7 countries (Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Switzerland) by funding projects involving partners with a joint approach to tackle common issues. The aim is to reduce the disparities among regions and raise the overall level of performance across the whole area.
How to apply?

Project proposals must be submitted in English and only through the Interreg NWE Joint electronic monitoring system (Jems).
Project applications sent via any other means will not be considered.

Continuous assistance will be provided by the Interreg NWE network of Contact Points during the phase of project development. They are available to respond to any queries including tailored advice on your project idea.
