As part of the 2028-2034 programme preparation process the Interreg NWE Programme will be conducting a territorial analysis and SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats) of its programme area.
The assignment will focus on conducting an update of the current 2021-2027 territorial analysis and will directly feed into specific parts of the 2028-2034 so-called “Interreg Plan Chapter” notably the “intervention strategy”, “identification” & “description” of the “measures for cooperation” of the Programme. The final product for this assignment consists of a written report (in English) to be put in place through three iterations with the NWE Programme Task Force: an inception report, intermediate report, final report. The NWE Task Force will comment upon and discuss the relevance and completeness of each version of the report.
