ECN will contribute to all the tasks within this DP Ocean project and lead on the investment activities in the Long Term work package. ECN will be able to provide a detailed analysis of the current needs of the industry, to propose a comprehensive development plan for the NWE region's test infrastructure, as well as a strong administrative support to coordinate the exchanges between the four demonstration facilities.
