We will work on the feasibility phase by collecting the users requirements in individual meeting but also in workshops. Thanks to our network, we will help to find relevant users. We will do the mapping and analyse of the actual processes. This will lead to the functional specifications of the system. We will also disseminate the results and communicate about the project. We will benchmark the habits of bigger inland ports to collect the good practices that can be done in smaller ports.
