Assessing the impact using the MAFEIP tool

NWE-Chance project coordinator, Astrid van Velde, co-authored an article together with Janette Hughes and Dr Frans Folkvord, on how the MAFEIP tool helped project partners assess the impact and cost effectiveness of the Hospitalisation@Home project, aimed at improving the lives of heart failure patients in the Netherlands and Belgium.
