As part of its partnership, the European Water Tech Accelerator is collaborating with the Water Test Network in launching and implementing its Innovation Challenge: “digital solutions for energy efficiency”. The deadline for application is 17 January 2022.
This is a unique opportunity for European start-ups and SMEs to test and showcase digital solutions for monitoring and efficiently managing energy at water and wastewater treatment facilities.
As well as access to a test facility to trial the technology, you could also get support with validation to contribute to future market entry. You would receive this support via a voucher of up to €50,000 that will be provided in the form of in-kind support and services.
The European Water Tech Accelerator will support the Water Test Network with the following actions:
- Raise awareness and increase the visibility of the winning solution to the relevant markets
- Provide a free 2-hour guidance session to the successful company on how to build on the testing and validation results to accelerate the time to market.
