The remit of this group is to recognise the multiple roles of insulation, which profoundly influences the performance of buildings - thermal, acoustic, fire protection, health, comfort, buildability, durability and sustainability. Balanced consideration of this multi-functionality often makes natural fibre insulation the superior choice.
