The lead partner will undertake coordination work through organising consortium meetings, disseminating workshops and annual/final reports, monitoring project progress and financial expenditure. It also plays a leading role to make compressed wood (CW) dowels and plates, manufacture adhesive free laminated timber (AFLT) and CLT, test the related products and develop computer modelling tools to simulate the structural response. It also give advice on CW beam-beam and beam-column connections.
