South East BIC provides intensive business development support & active incubation to entrepreneurs, start-ups & scaling businesses. The BIC team works in collaboration with other local, regional, national enterprise support agencies (Enterprise Ireland) & has strong international connections in Europe, through its membership of the European BIC Network (EBN). Based in Waterford, the team also delivers business start-up/development services in Counties Wexford, Carlow, Kilkenny and Tipperary.
