UWL is a group of companies which analyzes the possibilities for implementing transport of building materials from the long distance over water from the premises of the producers of building materials towards consolidation centers and the transports towards wharfs in the city center. Defining the tailor made transport mode, quay infrastructure, loading- and unloading capacity, last-mile problems… and gives advice in working groups to the city administration for adapting infrastructure and rules.
