As part of the European SHICC program, and with the support of its six partners, FMDV has published a report on the Financial Models of the Community Land Trusts (CLT) or Solidarity Land Organizations (OFS) for its French equivalent in Europe. Through an in-depth analysis of six case studies covering the United Kingdom, Belgium, and France, this report highlights the diversity of financial models developed by the CLTs / OFSs to develop affordable housing.
