Following the publication of the first cross-regional analysis on urban Community Land Trusts finance across North-Western Europe, the FMDV is organising a webinar presenting the conclusions drawn from this work and the steps forward. The webinar, targeting CLT & OFS professionals and funders, aims at providing a general picture of CLT finance in Europe through a comparative analysis.
It will be structured around the presentation of the different existing CLTs financial models - strength and weaknesses and inspiring solutions implemented - at the national (the UK and France) and regional scale (Flanders, Brussels Capital Region and Europe). An emphasis will be placed on the Q&A session in order to answer participants’ interrogation and make key challenges emerge.
The seminar will be held in English.
It is organized within the framework of the European SHICC program (Sustainable Housing for Inclusive and Cohesive Cities).
