From Friday, October 2nd to Sunday, October 4th, the GEM-Tower was located at the EV Experience event at the official Formula 1 Circuit Zandvoort, the Netherlands. Visitors were treated to experiences with a broad variety of electric vehicles: cars, e-bikes, motorbikes, and scooters. The GEM-Tower delivered its power to the partners from the Last Mile Experience and to all the food trucks on the paddock.
Maarten Pompen, organizer of the event: “We are happy to collaborate with the GEM-Tower to show our visitors that it is possible to move ourselves anywhere, emission-free. Our goal is to speed up the energy transition in mobility through events and to give people a unique experience.”
Visitors were able to drive around the circuit and test different vehicles. A variety of workshops was available to learn and understand everything there is to know to switch to an emission-free vehicle. At the GEM-Tower, visitors could talk to the GEM team about using sustainable energy at events and the use of it.
