In these times of COVID more than ever, for heart failure patients being hospitalised safely at home is often more attractive than being admitted to the hospital.
This is precisely where NWE-Chance’s work of the past two years comes into play. The project is studying the feasibility of a medical platform and eCoach device that will enable nurses to care for and monitor their patients’ health at a distance in a more simple and efficient way.
