Currently blood pressure, pulse, & weight can be measured by the patient at home. Data is sent to a secure website via the app the patient uses and can be viewed by the patient and care prof. Our solutions are developed in association with medical professionals. Focused on facilitating and supporting care professionals and aiming aiming at patient self-managent
