Foundation OGTC will contribute to the development and demonstration of Decentralized Hybrid Energy System within the EU pilots and will create a generic tool to desgn and evaluate the potential of DHES systems for NWE regions. Moreover their experience and knowledge is needed in other EU regions to evaluate how ambitions of regions can me economically exploited.
