UK hackathon winners, Kindspace, have recently been seen on TV sets across Scotland to raise awareness of the mental struggle that comes with caring, particularly for the sandwich generation who care for both their older relatives and their young children.
The advertising campaign was launched, thanks to support from STV, to coincide with Kindspace's birthday and World Kindness Day. It encourages viewers to be kind to themselves and take time out for their own wellbeing.
