Experience
The core function of the NWRA is to manage ESIF Programmes in Ireland over the period 2014-2020 and also to develop Regional Spatial and Economic Strategies (RSES) aligned to National Planning Policy Framework – IRELAND 2040. On a day to day basis the NWRA acts as a Managing Authority for a €320m Regional Operational Programme, manages ETC Transnational and Interregional Programmes and collaborates with EU, Regional and National Stakeholders on a wide range of EU and National Initiatives.
