Where does the water come from?

Canal & River Trust, the lead partner in the Green Win project,  have produced a series of informative maps, based on the theme “Where does the water come from?”. These include information about lock usage, energy costs, “feeder” systems and reservoirs, to show everyone how they do it.

The Trust are running trials on pumps and / or new measures at two sites near the famous Caen Hill Flight at Devizes.
