Knowledge Exchange Ireland

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the project invented a new communication tool called “knowledge exchange”. The aim is to advance the mutual understanding of each project partners' expertise. Sharing that knowledge as well as good practices will also strengthen the Enter partnership and ultimately benefit the refugee re-starters (RR).

To better get in touch and know each other’s expertise the knowledge exchange is a 60-minute online “speed dating”. Individuals involved in the project use this exchange to present their expertise and their knowledge on migrants/refugees and entrepreneurship. After an initial presentation by each country, there is a Q&A session.

The content of the knowledge exchange is all about informing the consortium about own expertise on migrant and refugee entrepreneurship. In addition, the motivation and inspiration to work with the target group stands in the fore. The knowledge exchange focuses on opening a discussion culture within the consortium on the topic of refugee entrepreneurship and their restarting activities. After the four sessions, the consortium extended its knowledge about refugee entrepreneurship or labour market regulations in the four partner countries. We learned a lot from each other and got inspiration from the good practices.
