Experience
Affinity Sutton is one of eight English housing providers that are founder members of Energiesprong UK. The main role in the project for Affinity Sutton will be to implement E=0 demonstrators in Brighton. They will be working with other partners on detailed stock assessment and analysis to select the most appropriate housing units for net zero energy refurbishments. This will include the stress-testing of the E=0 business model & obtaining the relevant planning permissions for the demonstrators.
