WestBIC’s main role will be in the Incubation phase, including: – Joint co-ordination – Building awareness & collaboration in the sector – Assistance with baseline and gap analysis templates for use in all partner regions – ‘Recruiting’ Irish SMEs for Baseline and Gap analysis auditing WestBIC will support the other partners and participate as appropriate in in the other three phases of Acceleration, Growth Catalyst (including investor readiness and pitching) and Knowledge Sharing activities.
