Experience
Specific competence is in the field of developing financing schemes to enable residential energy savings for deprived households and neighbourhoods. Here, the climate protection department collaborates with social welfare services to combine local employment market and social welfare policies with residential energy savings. Due to the experience, ESS will lead WP T2 and for CAN develop and implement new financing schemes on neighbourhood level with focus on migrants communities.
