LIE has specific competences for developing financing schemes for energy-related improvements of residential buildings designed for precarious households in combination with social guidance. PP7 will develop, test and evaluate new financing schemes for the neighbourhood level with focus on rented homes and Co-lead WP T2. Thanks to its “on hands” experience and existing local and regional collaboration network, it can create additional value for CAN.
