Experience

ARN has key competences for CAN in empowering stakeholders and the related governance models on the topic of adaptation (developed in the NWE project Future Cities). ARN is developing a strategy to give as much responsibility as possible to the district from 2017 on. To make best use of this competence, ARN will lead WP T1 (New governance models), and develop and implement the “grass-root” organisation model and the connected stakeholder activation tools.
