Some signigicant calls to action established during the meeting include, but are not limited to, the finalization of the first semi-annual project report, the implementation of charging stations for small electric vehicles (EVs) in city pilots, and the adoption of a Vehicle to Grid (V2G) system in a pilot city; i.e., the EVs will be able to communicate with the power grid to streamline the production and use of energy.
In addition, CME partners established a timeline for the completion of workpackages/implementation plans. These workpackages will provide a strong basis for the plans to develop an interoperable electronic management system (iEMS), coordinate with city pilots, and practice effective communication.
Follow up Skype meetings will be held on the second Thursday of each month, starting on 8 February 2018.
