Ir. Sultan Çetin-Öztürk, PhD researcher at TU Delft is researching how the circular economy (CE) in the housing sector using digital technology can be implemented. She does this in close collaboration with CHARM, Circular Housing Asset Renovation & Management, the North-West European project started by TU Delft and in collaboration with various partners from the housing sector in the Netherlands, France, Belgium and the United Kingdom.
