One of the objectives of CHARM is the development of MEP's, material exchange platforms on a portfolio level (portfolio of housing associations) and the project level.

The meeting was chaired by dr. ir. Ad Straub of TU Delft, lead partner of project CHARM. Ir. Sultan Çetin gave a presentation as an introduction to the topic.
CHARM partner Paris Habitat is developing their own Material Exchange Platform. On behalf of the French social housing organisation, Juliette Mardon presented the progress and findings on the development.
Project leaders of Interreg NWE projects FCRBE and Digital Deconstruction shared their thoughts on the development in this field.

Michaël Ghyoot presented on the Interreg NWE project FCRBE, which stands for 'Facilitating the circulation of reclaimed building elements in Northwestern Europe'.
Digital Deconstruction
Harald van Hooren introduced us to Interreg NWE project Digital Deconstruction. Digital Deconstruction (DDC) is an innovated project in which smart services are developed to make circular construction possible. And the environment green.
