1.What is the highlight of your product? Snoezle is a folding tent with a built-in audiovisual light show. Put up the tent in 1, 2, 3, choose an audio fragment and watch how the 360 LED lights move along to the beat of the sound. You can choose from 3 themes Snoezle creates not only a mobile but also a completely personal snoozing experience.

2.Why did you participate in the voucher call? We attach great importance to the user's experience as well as that of his surroundings during development of all Pendulum products. Having the chance in this ‘program‘ to enlarge the user panel was very valuable. Feedback from foreign countries and other settings are very interesting to us. It pushes us to keep innovating and thinking about new possibilities.

3.What is your most important lesson learnt? The more feedback you can gather from your target audience, the better. It is very important not only to listen to your target group but also to try to empathize with their situation. It was a fascinating journey with relevant output that we will certainly take into further developments.
