9 April 2019: VR4REHAB project presented at #CP_ABIBrunel

On April 9, 2019, our team member, Dr. Dido Green (Royal Free Hospital London) presented the VR4REHAB project at the event #CP_ABIBrunel organized at Brunel University London by the London School of Occupational Therapy.

She focused her talk on the topic "Extending technologies in rehabilitation" introducing new exciting ways of involving children in playful therapeutic interventions by using virtual and augmented reality. These technologies are a powerful tool in ensuring universal access to therapy and keeping patients involved while exercising.

Immersive technologies can be very helpful in the engagement and immersion of patients to promote treatment adherence. Find out more about this clinical theme watching this video realized by Dr. Dido Green.
