Experience
ETF is a non-profit structure based in Luxembourg and partly financed by the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social and Solidarity Economy. It develops innovative projects in the field of social innovation and circular economy acting as a facilitator of local economic development. Activities are taking place in the Greater Region - Wallonia - Luxembourg – Lorraine FR - Sarre - Rhénanie-Palatinat DE, e.g. in the field of short food supply, energy retrofitting, environment and employment.
