On the 28th of January 2019, all 3 Irish pilot partners (Wexford, Carlow and Kilkenny CoCo) came together with 3CEA for the Joint Local Authority Housing Meeting. During the meeting, the partners and pilots were given an update on current project status, assessed where actions are required and discussed necessary next steps.
Participants in the meeting included designers, architects and senior engineers from Carlow, Kilkenny & Wexford CoCo. The Marketing, Housing and Project Manager who coordinated the meeting is H4.0E partner 3CEA.
The reason for the meeting was to revisit the H4.0E project after the Christmas period, refocus attentions on deliverables and required actions, introduce architects to the digital platform, arrange workshop dates, outline timelines and so on.
Some results from the meeting were: site identification confirmed for 2/3 pilots; workshop date confirmed for the 25th of February; better understanding of requirements over next 6 months; agreements on resident surveys; monitoring and planning considerations.
