Experience
Leuven is a highly dynamic and fast-growing region. It is the capital of the Belgian province Flemish-Brabant, at 20 km from Brussels, over 100.000 inhabitants and home to KU Leuven University with more than 50.000 students (on top of the 100.000 inhabitants) and high-quality spin-offs (IMEC, Bio-Incubator,...), the multinational Anheuser-Busch Inbev and its academic hospital Gasthuisberg. Leuven is EU Green Leaf Award Winner 2018. The transition to sustainable and smart mobility is a key issue.
