Experience
Will develop a GHG performance monitoring system, model the long term social benefit effects of ECCOs. Will contribute a beacon ECCO as an asociated partner. Will insert experience of stakeholder engagement, policy frameworks technical and market aspects with a focus on grid stability. Will monitor project outputs and results. Will support roll-out towards other NWE regions. Will provide development support to the new ECCOs. Will contribute a beacon ECCO. Will implement Network in own region.
