The symposium ‘Health and Care in a Digitising World: Integrating eHealth into Public Healthcare Systems’ discussed the latest developments in eHealth and considered ways of overcoming challenges to improve eHealth service across Europe.
Eva Van Assche (Thomas More University of Applied Sciences) presented the eMEN project and provided insights on how to use e-mental health in the treatment of mental disorders during the session on ‘The role of digital tools for person-centered care, and Innovation for ageing and chronic diseases’.
The symposium was attended by an international audience and provided an excellent opportunity for practitioners and stakeholders to discuss the latest developments in eHealth services across Europe and to gain more understanding of the European eHealth strategy for the future.
