The E=0 project keeps progressing in France with the call for tender for demonstrator houses soon approaching. Before preparing for this next step, French solution providers wished to visit examples of renovated homes in the Netherlands and exchange with their Dutch counterpart to better meet the Energiesprong design brief.
GreenFlex, coordinator of the Energiesprong France project, organized on October 3rd a workshop in the Netherlands to give professionals of the sector the opportunity to meet and exchange. The two-part workshop included a visit of renovated homes and homes under renovation in Arhem and a feedback session with a former BAM project manager, involved with EnergieSprong since the beginning. The goal of the feedback session was to discuss the concept behind Energiesprong, the implications of the project for different type of solution providers, the importance of tenant engagement and the performance warranty specific to Energiesprong.
Participants left with a concrete vision of the expected outcome and an answer to many of their questions.
