Inauguration of the second pilot project E=0 in France. 12 houses in Longuea, close to Amiens, are being renovated to reach an energy E=0 level with a performance guarantee of 30 years. The houses are owned by social housing organisation ICF Habitat and retrofitted by the consortium: Bouygues Construction, Pouget, Dalkia, Alterea, Studio d’Architecture Ranson/Bernier.
During the event some of the houses will be finished and visited. A chance to see some fully done net zero energy retrofits in France.
