EPAMSA’s main role is targeting deprived private buildings with owners of flats, who sometimes are even poorer than people in social housing. EPAMSA will develop specific financing scheme for this target group with specific view to evaluating the impacts over a longer period of time. PP9 will Co-lead WP T3 (realisation) with focus on monitoring and evaluation.
