On 8 November, the residence "Côtes de Seine" in Val Fourré, Mantes-la-Jolie, was awarded a prize for its energy retrofits. "Côtes de Seine" is a run-down co-owned property out of many, whose owners are supported by EPAMSA - as part of CAN - in the fight against energy poverty. EPAMSA's approach is innovative: An "Energy Performance Contract" makes it possible to undertake heavy thermal insulation work and to make the co-owners benefit from significant cost reductions.
