Boost4Health event gathered 60 for matchmaking

On a sunny afternoon, Tuesday 6 November, Biopeople had the great pleasure of welcoming participants within the life science field to the Boost4Health Matchmaking, including a greater delegation from the Korean Daejeon Technopark.

Claus Kristensen from the Danish company Glycodisplay did a guided tour of their laboratories, in three sessions due to the overwhelming number of participants. The guided tour then followed by classic company pitches from 15 companies, efficiently guided by cluster manager Jane Nøhr. After the pitches the participants had wine and tapas with a spectacular evening view of central Copenhagen from the top floor of the great Maersk Tower.

"At A4P Bio Consulting Ltd. UK, we find that attending matchmaking events like the Biopeople events enable us to been seen and known by other companies allowing us to raise the profile of our services and deliverables. Due to the nature of the service companies like A4P Bio Consulting have to offer, this ensures we get into people’s minds," says Tim Davies, Business Development Manager at A4P Bio Consulting, who participated in the event.

"Hopefully our participants will continue the conversation for future collaborations, networking and knowledge sharing", says Biopeople's Jane Nøhr, Cluster Manager and contact to the Boost4Health project.
