Dr Rahul Kapoore recently took 16 year old Georgia Maddy under his wing by showing her around his lab at Swansea University.
Georgia, who is a pupil at Howells School in Cardiff, has just finished her GCSEs and is planning to study Maths, Biology and Chemistry at A Level.
Her time with Dr Kapoore has given her some experience in a biology related field, as she currently plans to study Biology at university.
