The Irish launch of Ace will take place on the evening of the 24th of September in Dublin’s historic Mansion House. The Lord Mayor of Dublin Naoise Ó Muirí will officially launch the event from 5.45pm onwards.
Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources, Pat Rabbitte TD, representatives from Dublin’s local authorities, business groups and our fellow Ace partners from Tipperary Energy Agency will be among the many honoured guests at this evening reception.
As part of this launch event, Codema – in association with Dubin City Council – will announce details of a unique design competition which will challenge creative, innovative minds to come up with a design for a physical or virtual installation that will promote the benefits of renewable energy in a captivating and thought-provoking way.
Speaking in advance of the event, project manager Edel Giltenane said: “The launch of the Ace project signals a very exciting time for renewable energy and presents a fantastic opportunity to showcase how renewable energy and technology work hand in hand to benefit the lives of ordinary citizens in North West Europe.”
