The Programme Steering Committee (PSC) approved 8 of the 28 project applications submitted to the third call for proposals. The meeting was held in Lucerne on 4-5 December 2008 and the Committee allocated a maximum of EUR 34.2 million, (10% of the total Programme funds). Almost EUR 129 million (39%) of the Programme's funds for the period 2007-2013 have already been allocated.

The 4th Call for Proposals will open from March 20 to April 17 2009. The 5th call is expected to close in early October 2009.
Note that Applicant Workshops will take place in late January and early February 2009.
