Funding - 10th Call for Proposals

The 10th Call for Proposals opens on Friday 13 April and closed on Friday 11 May at 12h (noon, French time). The Call was open for all 4 priorities.

Please read carefully the updated Guidance Notes which explain the Programme specific characteristics and the requirements for applicants. They are designed to give you the essential facts in a user-friendly format. Guidance Notes No.7, 9, 13, 15, and 22 have been updated.

Financial simplification

A flat rate for administration costs has been introduced for projects to be approved after the 8th Call for Proposals. This flat rate is 11% of the total budgeted staff costs. This flat rate is the same for partners from all Member States. This will simplify the reporting and the first level control as no supporting evidence is required to back up the reported administration cost amount. The application form for this call automatically calculates the administration budget. Please don’t change the outcome!. For the budgeting of staff costs and the costs under the other budget lines, the real costs principle continues to apply. This change in the procedure is done in compliance with Article 7(4) of Regulation (EC) No 1080/2006 as amended by Regulation (EC) No 397/2009 and subject to the positive outcome of the EC’s ex-ante assessment of the proposed method.

How to apply

All proposals have to follow the same procedure. Fill in the Application Form and complete the necessary additional documents:

2.    Letters of Support
3.    Partnership Agreement (unsigned version is accepted at submission)

All Applications must be submitted in English completed, dated, stamped and signed, together with annexes and Letters of Support from partners. Please note that applications must arrive by Friday  11 May 2012 at 12 noon at the following address:

The decisions on project selection will be made during the 10th Programme Steering Committee meeting taking place in september 2012.
